Pets requiring medication must undergo a veterinary check at our clinic every six months. This is to ensure the continued appropriateness and safety of the prescribed medication.

• Product Availability and Pricing

1. The Order Supplies feature does not guarantee the availability of products or the accuracy of prices listed.
2. No contract for the sale of products is formed through the use of this feature. It is intended solely as a click and collect service.

• Confirmation and Collection

1. Receipt of an email confirmation does not constitute confirmation of price validity or stock availability.
2. You will receive a separate notice once your request for products has been processed and is ready for collection. This notice may include updates on price changes, quantity adjustments, or may reject the request due to stock unavailability or if it falls outside the prescriptions or recommendations of our veterinarians.
3. Modifications and Rejections: We reserve the right to modify or reject any order request based on stock availability, pricing errors, or veterinary recommendations.
