We’re excited to now offer GAPonly at Vets of Geelong. This streamlined service lets us lodge your pet insurance claim during your visit, so you only pay the gap — not the full bill upfront. Claims are usually processed in 5–10 minutes, making your visit quicker and easier. GAPonly is available for eligible claims with a GAPonly-ready policy; policy terms, conditions and eligibility criteria apply. Our reception team can check eligibility for you. Please note: GAPonly is not available on Sundays.
Afterpay is available at Vets of Geelong. Split your pet’s vet bills into four interest-free payments over six weeks, with the first instalment paid at the time of your visit. Sign up online or via the Afterpay app; Afterpay approval applies to each transaction. Late fees, eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply.
VetPay provides eligible pet owners with a payment plan option to help spread the cost of veterinary care. Applications and approval are managed directly through VetPay and are subject to their eligibility criteria and terms.
Ask our reception team whether Petcover direct-to-vet payment can be arranged for your visit. Under a direct-to-vet arrangement, you remain responsible for any applicable excess and costs not covered by your policy; Petcover pays the balance of an approved claim directly to the vet. Cover and claims are subject to Petcover terms.
