We’re excited to now offer GAPonly at Vets of Geelong. This streamlined service lets us lodge your pet insurance claim during your visit, so you only pay the gap — not the full bill upfront. Claims are usually processed in 5–10 minutes, making your visit quicker and easier. GAPonly is available for Petsure policyholders; our reception team can check eligibility for you. Please note: GAPonly is not available on Sundays.
Afterpay is available at Vets of Geelong. Split your pet’s vet bills into four interest-free payments over six weeks, with the first instalment paid at the time of your visit. Sign up online or via the Afterpay app and start using it immediately once approved. Late fees, eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply.

Petcover Direct Claiming is available at Vets of Geelong. We submit your pet insurance claim directly to Petcover after your visit, so you only pay the excess on the day. Our insurance coordinator handles the entire process, keeps you updated, and assists with any gap payments once the claim is assessed.
