What’s Exciting About This Role?
As a full-time vet based at our newly renovated Geelong West clinic, your week will be a varied mix of consults, medicine, and surgery. If you have a specialty or area of interest, we’re all ears! You’ll be fully supported by a dedicated mentor, a large nursing and reception team, and a collaborative culture that encourages growth and learning. We believe in giving our vets the freedom to practice medicine their way, while also fostering a team-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a vet with the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for veterinary medicine
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to easily build relationships with clients and teammates
- An empathetic nature with the ability to balance the needs of pets, clients, the team, and the clinic
- Strong time management skills and the flexibility to handle the fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable nature of a vet clinic.
