Do I need an appointment?
Yes, consultations are by appointment to ensure our team can dedicate the appropriate time to your pet. You can easily book online or call us on (03) 5243 0077.
Are you open on weekends?
Our Lara clinic is open on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays. However, our Highton clinic is open 7 days a week, including Sundays, should you need weekend care.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer convenient off-street and ample on-site car parking for our clients.

Yes, our online booking system is available 24/7 for routine appointments.
What should I do in an emergency?
During our opening hours, please call us immediately on (03) 5243 0077. If you have an emergency outside of these hours, or on a Sunday, please contact our Highton clinic (open Sundays 10am-4pm) or your nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.
