GAPonly Payments

Exciting News: GAPonly Claims Now Available at Vets of Geelong!

We are thrilled to announce that Vets of Geelong is now offering GAPonly claims for your convenience. GAPonly is a streamlined claiming process that allows you to lodge your pet insurance claims directly with us at the time of your visit. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Simplified Process: With GAPonly claims, there’s no need for you to pay the full vet bill upfront and then claim reimbursement from your insurance provider. Instead, we submit the claim on your behalf, and you only need to pay the gap amount at the time of your visit for any excess or non-claimables.

  2. Faster Reimbursement: Our team submits your claim directly to your insurance provider at the time of your pet’s treatment. This allows the provider to assess and process your claim in real-time, typically within 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Convenient Service: Once the claim is submitted and the GAP amount is paid, you’re all set to enjoy the rest of your day.

Eligibility: GAPonly claims are available to patients with pet insurance policies under the Petsure umbrella. If you’re unsure about your pet’s eligibility, our reception team can assist you and provide the necessary information.

Afterpay is now available as a convenient payment option at Vets of Geelong. Afterpay allows you to split the cost of your pet’s veterinary care into four equal fortnightly installments, with the first payment made at the time of purchase. Here’s how it works:

  1. Easy Sign-Up: Sign up for Afterpay online or via the mobile app.
  2. Immediate Use: Once approved, you can use Afterpay immediately for services and products at our clinic.
  3. Interest-Free: Enjoy the flexibility of interest-free payments, as long as installments are made on time.
  4. Payment Plan: Spread the cost of your pet’s care with four equal payments, conveniently deducted every two weeks.

Petcover Direct Claiming, a hassle-free way to manage your pet’s insurance claims right here at Vets of Geelong. With Petcover Direct Claiming, we submit your pet insurance claims directly to petcover after your visit. Here’s how it works:

  1. Simple Process: Say goodbye to upfront payments and paperwork. With Petcover Direct Claiming, we handle the claims process for you, so you only need to pay the excess amount at the time of your visit.

  2. Effortless Submission: Our insurance coordinator will submitting your claim directly to Petcover, ensuring a smooth and efficient process to ensure the best outcome for you and your pet.

  3. Faster Processing: After the claim has been assessed, if there are any non-claimable items, the insurance coordinator will promptly update you on the status of the claim and provide assistance with any gap payment options
