Puppy Play Dates

“Puppy Play Date (PPD) is an exciting, fun and new class at Highton Vet Clinic.

It is not designed to take the place of formal “Puppy class” and should not be used instead of. “Puppy Play Date” is for HVC clients who have attended our training classes to help proof what has been taught in a safe, directed and controlled environment.

Why consider Puppy Play Dates?

“PPD” is designed to add to your puppy’s “reference library of experiences”, help with socialization whilst supporting class lessons of come when called, relaxation drop and general manners when interacting with other dogs and people.

It reinforces “playing nicely” with other pups/dogs whilst still responding to you. “PPD” uses a variety of experiences and “directed play” designed to build on your puppy/dogs “reference library” and enhance your relationship with your puppy/dog.

When are classes held?

Classes are usually held on Mondays  5.30pm to 6.15pm.

What an experience, amazing ♡
From walking in the door...to keeping my best friend in great health. Thanks Vets of Geelong for the level of care, and to Josie and James especially for their genuine care and empathy toward our family. #memorable

Visits to the vet can sometimes be a difficult experience, but Vets of Geelong (Geelong West and Highton) make it that little bit easier. Very friendly staff and welcoming.
I really appreciate the follow up calls the next day - a nice bonus touch!

Have been to both Highton and Geelong West Veterinary Clinics and both have been outstanding with their friendliness, care and compassion towards both patient and clients. I was very satisfied with the care/treatment my animals received. I just received a follow up letter asking how my Dog is doing and some goodies/vouchers. How lovely
